Fifth Anual Mackinaw City Mustang Show

5th Annual Ford Mustang Car Show
July 20th ~ July 21st 2018


Join us for the 5th Annual Ford Mustang Car Show in Mackinaw City.  This will include Mustangs from 1964 to 2018 on display.  An Event not to be missed! Games, prizes and more.

Weekend Schedule:

July 20th 2018

Check-in & Packet pick up: 2pm ~ 7pm
{Onsite registration will be offered upon space availability}

July 21st 2018
Check-in & Packet pick up: 8am ~ 9:30pm {ALL cars must be checked in and on display by 9:45am}.
Saturday cars will be on display 10am ~ 4pm.
Parade Line-up: 4:15 pm.
Parade across Mackinac Bridge will begin around 4:30. 
Dinner in Conkling Heritage Park is from 5:30 pm ~ 7pm {Tickets available for purchase}.
Live Music & Beer Tent will start at 5pm ~ 9pm  {Conkling Heritage Park Band Shell}
Awards ceremony  7:00 pm

Just in case anyone else is interested in heading down Friday and staying the night - Gary and I are booked at St. Ignace Kewadin Casino Motel for the 20th.

Other than SVTKen above, is anyone else staying overnight?  Where?  This would be my first time to this event.  Somebody at today's show said they have a big bash Saturday evening.

Im not sure how big the bash is but they had bands etc in the past.

We'll just be doing a day trip but its SVTKen and SVOMach1 that I believe are Staying so far

There’s a dinner after the show at Conkling Park, then a beer tent and band(s).  I think it went to about 9:00, it’s pretty tame.

Gary and I (separate rooms) are spending the Friday night at St Ignace Kewadin, just to make a bit more of a trip out of it.

Are you thinking of staying a night?

I was considering it.  This would be my first time to this event.  My wife can't come, so was hoping my son would, but he can't commit yet.  I looked up hotels nearby for both Friday and Saturday nights.  Wow!  Holy inflated rates Batman.
